Text messages from HERO
Hero Training Center (HERO HQ LLC) sends text messages only to parents and guardians who ask for them. Here is what we send, how to start, and how to stop.
What we text
Messages about your child's class and your account with us:
- Class reminders, such as a change of time or something to bring.
- Closures, when a location is closed for weather, a host gym event or an emergency.
- Account notices, such as an invoice that's ready or a payment that didn't go through.
We don't send marketing texts, and we never text children.
How to opt in
A parent or guardian opts in by checking the text messages box on their family account with us, or by texting YES to our number after we've asked at enrollment. We only text the mobile number you give us. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of enrolling at Hero Training Center.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message and we'll stop texting you right away; you'll get one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at [email protected] or (602) 622-7662. You can opt back in at any time by replying YES or checking the box again on your account.
How often
Message frequency varies; expect a few messages a month, more in a week with a closure or a schedule change.
Rates and carriers
Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your number
Your mobile number is used only to send these messages. It is never sold or shared for marketing. Our privacy policy explains what we keep and who can see it.
